  • Legal obligations: Compliance with tax, accounting and consumption obligations required by current legislation.
  • App security and improvement: Legitimate interest to ensure the proper technical functioning of the application, prevent fraud and improve the user experience.
  • Commercial Communications: Sending exclusive offers and news, exclusively when we have obtained your prior and unequivocal consent.
  1. Recipients and service providers (third parties)

Your data is not sold or transferred for commercial purposes to third parties. However, in order to operate our online store and provide the service through our application, we share strictly necessary information with the following suppliers under confidentiality and regulatory compliance contracts:

  • BigBuy: Our main wholesale supplier, in charge of stock management, catalog management and shipping logistics. Receive the minimum shipping and contact data essential to manage the delivery of your order.
  • Payment gateway providers: to process transactions securely.
  • Technological infrastructure providers and web hosting (hosting).

We will keep your personal data for the time strictly necessary to comply with the commercial relationship, manage orders and attend to possible guarantees or legal responsibilities (for example, the terms required by tax and consumption regulations). What key changes have been applied for Google Play Console?

  3. Explicit mention to the app: The text is adapted to indicate that the policy applies to both the web platform and the mobile app, an essential requirement for Google Play reviewers to approve your technical sheet in the “Data Security” section.
