This product works with Apple Find My and Android Find My Device (Note: cannot be paired with iOS and Android simultaneously).
For Russian buyers: Russian customers can only connect to this product using an Apple phone. If you use a local phone, the system is not compatible with this app (Find My Device App), which may cause the device to malfunction. Please do not place an order if you are using a local phone. Thank you for your understanding.
If your mobile phone is a Huawei or a domestic version of an Android phone from China, do not place an order as this product is not compatible.
Please note that when connecting, first ensure your phone can download from Google and that the Android system is higher than 9.0. Apple requires version 14.0 or higher.
Before pairing and connecting with a mobile phone, you need to activate the phone’s WiFi, Bluetooth, and location information, and then enter the Google Find My app to pair and connect, instead of searching for pairing connections in the phone’s Bluetooth list.
Premium and Lightweight: The protective case for the tracker is made of eco-friendly, flexible, and soft liquid silicone. It’s very easy to clean, fingerprint-resistant, scratch-resistant, and drop-resistant. It’s also lightweight, so your pet won’t feel like it’s a foreign object while wearing it, making them feel comfortable.
Precise Tracking: With our state-of-the-art cat tracking collar, you can instantly check your pet’s location wherever they go, from the park to their daily outings. Keep an eye on their safety and whereabouts, ensuring your peace of mind at all times.
Under normal circumstances, the Bluetooth detection range of an Android tracker is approximately 20 to 50 meters, depending on the environment. For location tracking, it uses Google’s “Find Center” network, which relies on nearby Android devices to provide highly accurate location data. Accuracy may vary depending on device availability and connection strength.
It’s best suited for use in densely populated areas. If you’re in a town or on a farm, you won’t be able to see your real-time location. This is normal; if this bothers you, please don’t buy it.
