Indicative delivery times, costs in the cart and order tracking. The final estimate depends on the destination and product.

How your order arrives

After payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your order summary.

Your order is prepared and handed to the carrier. Dispatch times vary according to stock and origin.

When tracking is available, you will see it by email and in My account → Orders.

Mainland Spain and the EU: usually from a few days to a couple of weeks after dispatch.
Islands, remote areas or destinations outside the EU: longer delivery times and possible additional formalities.
Product pages show indicative estimates when available.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by peak demand, customs or carrier incidents.

Shipping costs are calculated in the cart based on address and weight/volume.
For deliveries outside the EU, import duties or VAT may be charged to the recipient.
Always check your address before paying to avoid delays or reshipments.

Check your account or contact support if tracking has not updated within 48–72 hours.
