Simply throw the ball and punch it repeatedly, trying to keep it from falling. A lot of practice and consistency are needed to achieve good coordination and reflexes. To increase the difficulty by decreasing the bounce time or to adjust to the desired height, the length of the hanging elastic band can be shortened by wrapping it several times around the headband. It is recommended to start practicing with the lightest ball and then move on to the heavier one. Use with caution, avoiding hitting the balls too hard until you have a good understanding and control, as they could rebound towards your face. It can be used indoors and outdoors, allowing you to train anytime, anywhere, as it is very lightweight and compact, making it easy to transport and store.
